http://www.conduits.com/products/artist/gallery.asp

I have a real admiration for people who can do things that I can't. Perhaps the highest thing on my "can't" list (right behind "flying") is drawing. I'm not a horrible "designer" inside a graphics application, but getting my hands to translate a visualized form in my brain into something on paper is not something I can do even in the slightest. The people in this Pocket Artist gallery, however, have used their Pocket PCs to create some truly excellent work! Here's one of my favourites:

The image above is entitled "Fire" by an artist named Thomas Twohy. There's also some excellent work in the gallery by Whilce Portacio - I thought his name sounded familiar, and once I Googled him, I discovered that he's drawn some of the comic books I've read in my youth. The reach of the Pocket PC is far and wide indeed!

Feel like taking your artistic flair for a spin? Download a trial version of Pocket Artist and give it a go. Another excellent application is Photogenics - I've found it works particularly well for special effects with digital photos.
