How to close programes

Hiya,

I am a new user of pocket pc I have a EM-505F Cassiopeia..

Pocket pc is unlike PC that we can close application by clicking the "X" to close the window. I ended up have too many programes open and it slows down the pocket pc speed. Is there a way to close an application before leaving , in order not to accumilate the program running behind?

I have tried the program ZAPIT! which a person advise but after installing into my pocket pc EM-505F there is still no "X" to close application before leaving.

one way, in most programs, is to pull up the virtual keyboard and hit ctrl then q.

another way is to download gigabar (free), which puts a different bar up on the top of the screen. then, you can customize it to do different things, including actually closing a program. you just do a tap-left, and it's gone.

gigabar is a bit complicated to customize/learn in the beginning, but it's quite powerful.
