iPAQ 3830 in the channel

So it seems the 3830 is finally popping up - Amazon still has a 3835 listed as a 64 meg model, but the 3830 is like the 3850 (no Bluetooth) but has 32 mges of RAM instead of 64. But the 64 meg model 3850 has been selling for some time for below $500. Why hasn't this model that list for much less selling for the same price?

Compaq/HP better get it together. Toshiba is coming for them.

The 3835 has 64MB of RAM. Someone bought one and sure enough, it had 64MB of RAM.

I think the 3830 is still a different version.
