which will be the best x-scale pocket pc?

Considering that other than a very limited early released of the e740, there are no X-Scale devices, it's a little too early to answer this question. :-)

Given that nobody can say which PPC is best for anyone else, I think you'll have to wait for a new crop of models and make your own decisions.
