Can't download or upload e-mail from Pocket PC to P

I have a Toshiba e310 and use the hotmail e-mail system. I have activated the outlook 2002 software but seem to have trouble with the e-mails flowing seamlessly between the Pocket PC and PC. Please help with a step by step guide if possible to configure both devices. I am new to Pocket PC. Did not have trouble with Palm. Help greatly appreciated.

If you got your Palm to sync with Hotmail - WOW.

It's my understanding that no one cannot directly sync with Hotmail, unless you have a MSN dial-up/broadband service. Anyhow, if you are somehow able to sync your hotmail into Outlook 2000 or 2002, you should have no problem sync'n with your PPC.
