Hi,
I just bought the Whitney LuBean Krusell case and though I'm pretty sure I'm putting my CF (Simple Technology 128MB, Type 1) card in correctly, I can't get my 3835 to recognize the card. As new convert to PocketPC's, I thought I might be missing something really simple. Can anyone shed some light on this? Any help is appreciated!
A.

I have one of these cases, and I love it. Have you gotten it to work yet?
I haven't had any problems like this. I did notice the first few time I slid the card in, that it was rather easy to miss the alignment slides and not get it to make contact with any of the pins. I don't have any problem though, if I keep the side of the CF card that faces the front, up against the back of the case while sliding it in.

I purchased a Viking 512mb card that wouldn't work with the Krussel Case. It worked fine in the other sleeves. Whitney sent me another case and that still didn't work. Finally, I sent my card in and he found a case that worked with it.
I never did find out what exactly happened but I believe it was a driver issue. If this card doesn't work but it works on a regular sleeve I would try contacting and see what he suggests. They are very easy to work with.

I read in a forum, here or on another site, that Whitney had purchased a bunch of the circuit boards from pda motion, and that none of them worked the same as the original sleeves. He did say, in that thread, that he wanted his customers to be happy with their purchase, and offered to replace those cases.
