Install those CAB files where you want them

I'm luvin' it! Dyn-o-mite! One caveat; I'd avoid the 'associate with' thing. Certain programs really need to run from \Windows to work (at least without extensive registry tinkering), so keeping wceload as an option is good. Of course, one could always re-associate CAB files...

I wonder if you run it's cab if you can choose where to install it. Now that's irony. :)
