One app I really miss since moving to the PPC is a decent project management app.
I used to use Plan 5 on the psion all the time. Have a look at http://www.twiddlebit.com/plan6screenshots.htm for some screen shots and http://www.twiddlebit.com/main.htm for the main site.
Plan allows you to actually create and run the plan directly from the handheld while having seamless conversion from Project. Functionality far in excess of the CyPlan/CyStat products.
Surely I can't be the only one to want such an app? Anyone?

I'm looking around for one as well - haven't found anything yet - it seems that CyPlan has the corner right now...
Althought I know that PCubed has developed a product that allows you to do some stuff with Project on the PocketPC... I'm heading down to Chicago tomorrow (5 June) for the official Launch of Project 2002 - I'll find out more...
Please feel free to bug me if I forget to post the information!

Bloody Hell....I had decided I must be the only one. Three months for a reply that must be a record.
TBH my preferred method would be to persuade Andy Clarkson (Twiddlebit) to do a conversion - supported by MS. Plan5 is an excellent piece of software.
It seems strange that MS were keen to include Terminal Services which is good for sysadmins but haven't addressed the PM market (who in my experience generally hold a larger budget and more influence on large scale corporate purchases).

okay, so six months later I find this thread, and I still can't find an answer
I'm looking for one too - something that will integrate with task lists, and possibly draw gantt charts etc. pocket informant does half a job, which is okay, because it does lots of other things as well - but why no project management software?

Have a look at twiddlebit's site. They have release a version for pocket pc. Don't thik it will create tasks though but I haven't looked.
BTW Does the term 'droid' mean anything personal to you?
EDIT - Checked it out. It will export tasks from the Plan directly to Pocket Outlook.

Handango Purchase Page (http://www.handango.com/PlatformProductDetail.jsp?siteId=1&features=0&jid=FADXF3F425D5E9CB2B5B9E6811418F32&advSearch=true&keyWords=project&productId=44112&optionId=1_2_2&productType=2&catalog=30§ionId=0&platformId=2)
This app seems to be very comprehensive for project management. They have a manual available for download. Not cheap, but it does charting and everything else. I have not used it myself, but it looks promising.
