iPAQ 3670 and Motorola v60 Connector Cable?

Does anyone know if it is possible to use a Motorola v60 from AT&T Wireless to connect an iPAQ 3670 to the Net? I have the USB cable that allows you to synce the phone book and all that, but I need something to enable the iPAQ to use the v60 as a modem.

Is this possible? If so, where do I sign up?
