http://www.uglybass.com/birdsoft/fairwaywatch.htm

Birdsoft has just released a new scorecard application for you duffers out there. It's called FairwayWatch and is aimed at making it easier to keep track of just how many strokes you take.

Features Include:

* 2 Stylus Free Score Entry Systems
* Importing/Exporting of Courses (Full Web Database planned)
* Saving/Reviewing of old rounds
* Player Saving
* Putt Tracking
* Side Bet Game Scoring
* Statistics Page
* And More...

I took a quick look at this, and it has a couple of useful features. First, you can create customized entries with data about the courses you play most often. Second, the on-screen buttons for recording strokes are large enough to use a finger so you don't have to fumble with a stylus.

However, my understanding of golf is pretty much limited to what I've learned watching Caddyshack about a hundred times, so if you're an avid golfer, why don't you take a look at this and let me know what you think of it?
