I need advice on cell phone for wireless internet

Here is what I want.

Cheapest online service possible. (ie use phone minutes or maybe a special rate for internet)
Smallest phone possible.


I live in Baltimore washington region and I need to find new phone service and a new phone to go with it. I just want to make sure I get a compatable phone and service. Anyone have othersuggestions I may be overlooking?

I have a casio e200 and Ipaq 3635. I'd prefer to be compatable with both.
