Sync Cradle

I have a Jornada 525 and recently got the Jornada 540 USB cable. Yes i know the 525 does not support USB but i did not buy it, anyway cant cry over spilt milk. So i was wanderin i i use a USB to serial lead will the sync cradle work and if it oes will it work quicker than a normal serial device? :?

If you use a USB to serial converter (plugged into a serial port) and it works, you will get the speed of the serial port you are connected to..........
