Has anyone else had this problem?
While trying to use hp Backup on my 568, the program would go about one 'bar' on the progress meter, and then quit. Close out all together. No error message, nothing. When I go into File Explorer, there is a backup file there, but it is only 10b in size.
I've done soft resets and hard resets. No luck. Keeps doing it...any ideas?
