The virtual interface from Developer VKB Inc. from Jerusalem in Israel can be integrated in mobile phones, laptops, tablet PCs, or clean, sterile and medical environments and could be a revolution for the data entry of any mini computer." I hate to be a troll, but why link the source's Web site? If it were pocketpc related, that'd be cool, but diet pills?

Looks a little strange to me. Have to admit though, I'd love to own one.

I link whatever site they are related with - business, personal, other - it's the least I can do for them finding something I find interesting enough to pass along.

Ah yes, he did. :-) That's the problem with us not having a real archive system - I missed some of the posts he did when I was away. This one has a picture though, so...

Here is the company's website:
http://www.vkb.co.il/

In the animation on the front page they demonstrate integrating the projector directly into the PDA. Now if done correctly this could be one of the greatest advances in the usability of non-desktop computers every.

Imagine having this built into your PDA or TabletPC; no lugging around a Stowaway yet you can always be ready to write long stretches of text. Perfect for mobile writers.

As long as they impliment certain features like:
1. Placement so that the VKB can be used with the PDA laying flat or propped up by an easel.
2. Different keyboard layouts, like a split ergo design for geeks like me who love their "Natural Keyboard."
3. Good visibility in bright ambient light.
4. Ability to change light color (Red can be a bit "mood altering", I want blue... and green... and...

Gee you think that I've been daydreaming about this today?
