GPS Whats Good and Where can yOU get maps?

I have absolutly loved my Ipaq as well as mother PPC's however i have one problem...

I have a pharos gps adn it si nice and all i cant fiind the maps im looking for.

Numbert 1 i am really looking for a generic compactflsh or pc card agps unit

any sugestions of what to llokk for or comparisons

And next. Where can i find internationl maps.
Specificaly im loooking for maps of japan. I have been there sevearl times and there lack of street sighns is frustrating :?:

I'm not sure if you can purchase Japan maps alone from this site though. But it offers street level maps for Japan.
