I think PT was working on Flash 4 themes that would work on all Strong Arm devices with Pocket 2002. Unfortunately there has been no word on the status of these. Further more there has been no forcoming code or instruction for making them.
I have prepared some flash animations to use for themes but I do not know how to code the actual themes. I think it is as simple as plugging in the theme code to the flash animation flash, but I am no proggramer at all so I am screwed with out the code set up.
Anyone want to help?
I have been trying to figure out the same thing. As of yet I have not found any programs that can open the code of the themes. Anyone have any tips?

I have a C++ Engine or Compiler but I have never installed it on my computer. Mostly because if I had time to learn programming I would be a programmer. Maybe we should talk to the people at Xircuit and see if they can alter their Theming app so that it will use Flash Animations for themes.

I am aware of the Flash Enabled site. I am also aware that the Flash App will be made and distributed by some one else.
The whole thing really ticks me off. There are those of us who make and distribute themes for free because we like to. It is the way that the PPC comunity works. And then there are the very few people out there that want to sell everything!!!
I am a computer specialist who lost his job after 9/11. I don't whine about. I don't sit here and try to produce themes and overcharge people for them to supplement my income. Then you have those people who have very good jobs and very nice cars and just seem to want more and more.
Anyway I want to develope animated themes to distribute freely because that is how it should be. Unfortunately I will have to spend money to buy the apps so that I can make them. That is just not right in my book.

I know wot u mean. Those who makes thmese are helpin the company their working 2 promote and even sell their product. I am only 15 so i doubt i will be able 2 buy the app in the first place, and before its release i was real excited about the whole thing, then i found out it was only for ppc 2002 and ot my old dying Jornada 525. :x

As am I......
Why do you have a problem with pt trying to make money for his themes. I've seen you post about this over and over, if you want to make themes for free so be it. If pt can make money off of his themes (read: people are willing to pay for his work), what is the problem??????
Just curious.
Steve
BTW: I don't know pt, so I have no vested interest in his theme sales.
