Hey all,

The Zune pass was really great for a bit, downloading all I want for only $15 a month, but I can't really afford it anymore and am having trouble canceling my subscription.

This is what I get when I try.

https://live.zune.net/en-US/accounts/BuySubscription.aspx?Check=true

well I tried putting a snapshot of the page above but guess it didn't work.

There was an error trying to cancel your subscription, please contact Zune support or get more information at www.zune.net/support/.<script type="text/javascript" language="javascript"> function ShowDetail(id) { var obj = $(id); var detail = document.getElementById('forDetail'); if (detail!=null) { detail.innerHTML = obj.innerHTML; detail.style.display = ''; } } $('dtPrepaid').style.display = 'none'; $('dtCancel').style.display = 'none'; $('dtfffe077788000001').style.display = 'none'; </script><script type="text/javascript" language="javascript"> ShowDetail('dtCancel') SetFocus('rbCancel'); </script> <!--/MAIN CHANGEABLE CONTENT/--> <table class="XbcFormButtonBoxTable" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"><tbody><tr><td><input name="ctl00$MainContent$offerList$buttonStrip$ctl00" value="Next" onclick="javascript:ctl00_MainContent_offerList_buttonStrip_ctl00.disabled=true;__doPostBack('ctl00$MainContent$offerList$buttonStrip$ctl00','');WebForm_DoPostBackWithOptions(new WebForm_PostBackOptions(&quot;ctl00$MainContent$offerList$buttonStrip$ctl00&quot;, &quot;&quot;, true, &quot;&quot;, &quot;&quot;, false, false))" id="ctl00_MainContent_offerList_buttonStrip_ctl00" class="XbcFormButtons" type="submit"></td><td><input name="ctl00$MainContent$offerList$buttonStrip$ctl01" value="Cancel" onclick='javascript:WebForm_DoPostBackWithOptions(new WebForm_PostBackOptions("ctl00$MainContent$offerList$buttonStrip$ctl01", "", true, "", "", false, false))' class="XbcFormButtons" type="submit"></td></tr></tbody></table>

That's what I get. I see no support page for doing so.

Help!! Thanks folks, I appreciate any that can be given.

Have a wonderful Zune Thoughts evening.:)

Well, from what I could find on the Zune Community posts, http://forums.zune.net/98285/ShowPost.aspx

I'm not the only one with this problem. I hope it's not wrong to post the link, I've seen in other threads a more discreet way of posting one but not sure how to do so here else I would.:)

Well folks, I managed to cancel my account:).

1-877-GET-ZUNE

That's the number to ring if anyone does have the need to cancel their Zune pass.

I did enjoy all the accessibility to the music, but simply can't afford it anymore.
