From Archos's website (http://www.archos.com/products/gen_5/archos_tv/index.html?country=global&lang=en):
Sync your recorded TV shows to your ARCHOS portable media player at high speed, and take your home theatre wherever you go (a 2-hour movie syncs in only 10 minutes)

This got me thinking - I'd love to see hardware AVC or MP4 capture cards (both NTSC and ATSC), instead of archaic (in terms of compression ratios) MPEG 2. I'm tired of having to wait to convert shows before dropping them on the Zune (and I've only had that for a week!).
