Updates range from Internet radio on the PSP to DivX playback on the PS3. Version 3.80 of the PSP firmware allows users to tap into thousands of Internet radio stations using a Wi-Fi connection. After install, users must install the Internet Radio player onto a Memory Stick Duo card directly from their PSPs. The version 2.10 update for PS3 includes even more features. Most importantly for those who use their PS3s as media centers, the system can now decode the popular DivX movie format, opening up the range of online content that it can access. Support for Blu-Ray 1.1 is also included, which allows some new features such as picture-in-picture. And finally, online gamers will either be enthralled or annoyed to know that a new voice-bending feature for in-game communication has been added, which allows players to either raise or lower the tone of their voices."

Oh yes! Internet radio for my PSP sounds awesome. I haven't upgraded my Firmware in a few months now so this would be a nice upgrade. PS3 customers have reason to rejoice as well since they get PIP, DivX support and voice improvements for gaming. Of course, as always, upgrade at your own risk. I would hate to see people with a brick of a device over the holidays.
