I would totally recommend looking at the 2 minute video on how to use this site - <a href="http://vectormagic.stanford.edu/vectorize/how_to_use_this_site">here</a>. If you are wondering why you would want to use this, I remember using vector based images especially to create posters and/or large signs. It really makes a difference in the quality of the edges in your pictures.
