Though the LinkStation Live’s most basic features work very well, we experienced numerous problems setting it up, and were ultimately underwhelmed with the overall experience."

Ouch. Seems like Buffalo Technology's products have tons of potential, but fall just a bit short in important areas. I posted this review of their HD Wireless Media Player two years ago, and had a similarly frustrating experience. So much potential, let down with a shoddy user interface. If they would just hire some competent programmers and interface designers they could compete with the best.
