Not a weak moment, Jerry. You gotta have a good point & shoot to carry all the time for those "spur of the moment" shots or when one of the big guns wouldn't really be appropriate or convenient.

Let me know what you think of it...since I dropped my SD800 and broke it, I need a new one...I was looking at the SD850 and the SD870. They're far too similar, I can find hardly any differences between them. :?

So far I'm liking it a lot. The 870 has no view finder, but has a much larger LCD (3"). I found myself never using the view finder on the SD800. The function wheel is very smooth, it's almost like the touch wheel of an iPod. There are a lot of functions for running a slide show on the camera itself. I haven't taken too many pictures yet but so far I am impressed with it.
