It's a real shame it ended with only 1000 responses, but I think the results are interesting. HD-DVD was voted the favourite by a nearly 2 to 1 margin, but more interesting to me was that female voters (299 of the 1000) preferred HD-DVD slightly more than 2 to 1, while male voters were more split with 1.4 to 1 preferring HD-DVD. Could it be a higher percentage of male voters owning PS3s while female voters are buying the stand-alone HD-DVD players to just watch movies on?
