The wide screen is bright and does a fine job of displaying movies. Audio performance is excellent too, and size-wise it really isn't that bad, though if I was being picky I'd have liked it to be a touch slimmer. £215 is also very reasonable for a widescreen player with so much capacity. However, there is a sense that it is being left behind in a fast-moving market. And with the fifth-gen Archos players appearing very soon, anyone in the market for a fully-featured PMP would be better off adopting a wait-and-see attitude."</i><br /><br /><img src="http://www.digitalmediathoughts.com/images/cgg-zen-081607.jpg" /><br /><br />If you are OK with not having all the top end features, this is a pretty nice player. I particularly like the fact that it has a compact flash slot, enabling you to use this as photo storage when traveling.

I have the origional Vision. The white one. I love it. Yeah the screen could be better but it is a great device. I carry it with me when I use my DSR to offload pictures. It comes in handy when I'm at the race track. I wish it could play a few more movie formats than what it does but since they aren't making it anymore you can get some of the accessories for half price off of creatives website. Thats awsome.

I was on Archos's website the other day and noticed that all of their generation 4 devices are on sale. Granted they on refurbished, but that just means they have been given extra care.
