Using a touchscreen and voice recognition, you can control an entire Windows Vista Media Center PC while driving, watching DVDs, listening to CDs or MP3s on the PC, tune in to XM online satellite radio, internet radio, browse the internet, and, when not moving (we hope) work on documents and other things. The Driv-N PC can be installed in the trunk or under the seat, completely out of the way, connecting with a motorized touchscreen that slides out of the dashboard."

The basic PC and screen will set you back about $1200 which is in the same price range as other proprietary OS solutions that allow similar functionality. What do you think? Are you willing to give up the simplicity of a proprietary OS and hardware solution for the more robust experience you can get with something like this?
