At first the idea of a touchscreen on a Media Center PC seems like a contradiction, but I can see it if you've got it in your kitchen or some other location where a mouse and keyboard would be obtrusive. I could also see something like this used in a professional situation (like a receptionist's desk or doctor's office) if one were to ignore the media-playing parts of it.
