Movavi VideoSuite lets you convert video files and DVDs for viewing on any mobile device. You don't need to know anything about video formats and settings - just add the video or DVD, select the target device - iPod, PSP, PDA or cellphone - and hit 'Convert'!...Making movies for YouTube? Producing video podcasts? Want to rip your DVDs? Now you can easily move videos and DVDs between different formats and devices. Movavi VideoSuite supports all popular video and audio formats: AVI (DivX, XVid), DVD, VOB, IFO, MPEG, MPEG4 (iPod, PSP, MP4), 3GPP, 3GPP2, MOV, WMV, ASF, RM, MP3, WAV."

If you're looking for a good all-around video editing and converting package, Movavi looks like a good bet - it's normally priced at $99 USD, but is now $49 USD until December 25th. I use Adobe Premiere Elements 3.0 myself, but in many instances it's overkill - something like this, a series of small, focused tools - would probably do the trick in many instances. Worth a look!

UPDATE: $49 is the price for the business version, the personal version is only $30 after the 50% discount.
