It's tough to find anyone who likes them... other than stores. Retailers claim that it helps cut down on theft, and keeps products fresh and new, but the frustration level of people trying to open the damn things is reaching dangerous levels. Apparently, thousands of people end up at the emergency room each year with "injuries from plastic packaging" according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission."</i><br /><br />Seconded. I hate with a unbridled passion those annoying blister packs. So consider this you public service announcement pass along.

Man I am totally with you on this one. I hate blister packs. It's becoming an art just to open those stupid things. Let's see...cut along the top now pull. DOH! little tabbies in the middle!!! Cut around the little tabbies, doh! Cut finger on sharp pointed plastic! Pull apart...almost there..DOH! Plastic gave way and sprayed my new ____ all over the office.

I wonder if people return products like this in the original mangled shards-of-plastic package.
