Hi,
I just built my first MCE for my living room. I have a Nvidia 4800Ti with 128 mb ram and it connects to my regular CRT Tv via s-video. I see the video fine, however there are lines that move vertically up, constantly. These lines are like snow lines and when these lines (thin and thick) go over a dark image they seem to brighten the image which they are passing over. When I have a reqular CRT monitor hooked up to the vid card these lines are not present. When I clone the image to the TV (monitor and tv showing same image) the lines are only present on the TV. The TV is using NTSC video format and is a brand new TV. I have another TV I tested with and the lines are present as well. The Vid card is set to 60Hz refresh rate and is the only choice available for the TV.
IF you have any sugestions please help. The lines are a strain on my eyes.
