The new provision though calls for more copy protection then ever and a broader stance on what is Fair Use."</i><br /><br />As much as I hate the idea of the broadcast flag, I hate the fact that they keep trying to sneak it in more. If you are a politician and the law you are pushing for can't stand up to public scrutiny, maybe that should be an indicator that you are paying a little too much attention to the special interests.
