He is a bit negative on the software because it is slow both in transfer from the TiVo to the computer as well as the convert process. If you factor in that he was using an old computer and used wireless to do the transfer, these concerns are somewhat mitigated. Overall, this looks like an easy way to get your TiVo content to your iPod via a somewhat painless process.
