Because it demonstrates how far digital video special effects have come. The software used to create effects such as this has become amazingly affordable - <a href="http://fxhome.com/effectslab/effectslab-overview.html">EffectsLab</a> software allows the user to create particle effects, muzzle flashes, neon light (see photos below), optics effects, and composite filters.
