Pretty cool romp through our user experience."</i><br /><br /> <img src="http://www.digitalmediathoughts.com/images/vistamcepdc1.jpg" /> <br /><br />Looks slick. Wish my Time Warner cable box had a UI half as good as this. I especially like how they've created a transparent UI that you can overlay the live TV feed with. I was never really a believer in album art until I finally downloaded all the covers for my iTunes albums. Call it a gimmick, but it works. Far more interesting than text listings. I just hope that the Xbox 360 gets a matching UI upgrade, as it easily has the horsepower to run that interface.

The new version is looking VERY cool...I'm very much looking forward to installing the beta of Vista Ultimate that I downloaded last night. Let's hope I can actually get it working properly.... :?

Wow, that is cool. 8O

I'm not too fussed about the delay. If it's what Microsoft needs to make Vista a top-notch product, then I'm willing to sit it through.

I just hope that the Xbox 360 gets a matching UI upgrade, as it easily has the horsepower to run that interface.

This quote (http://www.microsoft.com/windowsvista/features/forhome/mediacenter.mspx) from the Windows Vista site suggests that the new UI will be accessible from the Xbox 360: "Windows Media Center in Windows Vista includes a redesigned menu system that can be enjoyed at your Media Center PC or through your Xbox 360 using your home network." :)
