The arrangement calls for Epic Records to feature 12 of its artists on a program dubbed Artist of the Month, which users of Redmond, Wash.-based Microsoft's popular gaming console can access over the Xbox Live entertainment network. (MSNBC is a Microsoft - NBC joint venture.) Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed."</i><br /><br />As long as the videos are in glorious HD, this sounds very cool - I know that I download pretty much everything available in terms of video content from the Xbox Marketplace. It's badly organized, and generally poorly implemented, but the idea is a <i>fantastic</i> one. Bring it on!

As long as the videos are in glorious HD, this sounds very cool...

From Xbox.com: (http://www.xbox.com/en-US/community/news/2006/0316-exclusivecontent.htm)

Microsoft® and music giant Epic Records announced an agreement to makea full year of exclusive artist content and high-definition music video downloads available free for all Xbox 360™ gamers.

I'm definitely looking forward to this. :)

I checked it out; a harmless enough example of europop with a veneer of pseudo-gospel.
Should serve as a good example of how *not* to apply makeup for HD videos: looks like they spackled the singer with several millimeters of bondo before trotting her out in front of the camera, especially around the eyes...
