I would like to get some earbuds to use with my Dell Axim X51v and my mp3 player but I haven't been able to find any that will stay in my ears. I think I have small ear openings so that the standard size like you get with an ipod are just too big and immediately fall out. Any suggestions?

An in-ear, foam-based solution is what you need. The foam expands to fill your ear, so in your case it stop stop sooner. ;-) Something like this one (which is what I have):

If you don't like canalphones/IEMs you'll have to settle with earbuds that have smaller drivers. Sony I know makes some with 11.5mm drivers. Problem is they tend to be at the low end of the market.
