Alright peeps,
I expect this question has been asked several times before, but what is the best DVD encoder for the Windows OS?
Also, I have a bunch of ripped DVDs in ISO format (ahem, legal of course, they are backup copies of my DVD collection). Is it possible to stream an ISO contained on a USB 2.0 portable hard disk drive to a media center PC in the living room?
