Experience with a Sony DSC P100?

Anyone used this camera? All of the reviews I've read have been good but some first hand experience would be helpful. I have a friend willing to sell it to me for $100. At first blush it would seem a nice upgrade from the DSC P73 I currently use. (Yes I know the P100 is older but it does have a 5.1MP sensor and uses a Carl Zeiss lense)

I thought they're from the same launch? US$100 makes it fairly easy to decide, since I assume you already have memory sticks, and it won't be that big a difference in operation from your P73.
