Got any great startup sound stories? I remember back in the Windows 95 days I tried putting a 50 MB WAV file as my startup sound - it was a song I really liked, so hearing it every time I started up my computer seemed like a good idea...at the time. Turns out Windows 95 and my hardware had a little trouble with such a big startup song. ;-)

Haha! :D

I remember back when I was a kid and I tried to put a sound for each program that started up, I never did get that working... :)

I tried the four-minute startup sound thing as well.

Then there was the time that I set "D'oh!" as every single sound in Control Panel on some guy's computer.

:P
