Hello,
This is my first post here... I came over from pocketpcthoughts.com :)

I have a Sony DSC-T7 on it's way... I got a deal I couldn't refuse... Just $315 from Dell.com 8O .

Anyways, I am going to be buying a 2GB memory stick pro duo, but I wanted to know if there is any difference between Sandisk brand and Sony brand. Are there any features you lose on the sony camera if you use Sandisk and not Sony Brand Memory?

My first digital camera was an Olympus, and I needed the Olympus brand smartmedia card if I wanted to be able to use the panoramic feature. So along the same lines of this example is what I'm talking about.

Thanks for your help! :fadein:

P.S. I know that the sandisk transfers data a bit faster than sony, but that's not a concern as features are far more important to me than speed.

No, there won't be any change in the features. However I hope you can get used to the T7's handling!
