What does the "rollup" part of the name mean?

According to the chat text, the update "will be posted" on the OEM site, and you have to be a registered OEM to log in there. I just checked, and it's not available yet.

Whoa....you mean there will be no end-user release? I hope it shows up on MSDN for those of us that made our own MCEs...

There will be an end-user release next month. The release order is:

Distribution via CD media: Available now
Distribution via OEM (download from OEM-only site): Available in about a week
Distribution to end users (via Windows Update and presumably as standalone download): Available in about a month

I really don't understand the delay. If the code is ready, set it free!
