Check the link for a video (registration required) of the Xbox 360 demonstration shown at the German Gamer's Conference. During the demonstration, an iPod Mini was connected to the Xbox 360, which then streamed the music files off the iPod and played them through the Xbox 360 user interface. Then a Sony PSP was connected to the 360, and pictures from the PSP were displayed onscreen in a slideshow while music from the iPod played in the background. It looks like Microsoft is taking the task of increasing the Xbox's mass market appeal very seriously. This thing is going to be slick.
