The screen itself is going to be the true beauty of this beast. Supposedly the 19" Samsung panel will have a resolution of 1680 x 1050, 600:1 contrast ratio, 280 nits brightness, and a 10ms response time. The processor and graphics card are rumored to be supplied by Intel and NVIDIA, respectively. It also appears as though the monitor might be detacheable, with a "mobile docking station" that has a DVI input. That's correct, this beautiful panel could be used on your desktop too. Wait, you mean this thing isn't just a desktop with a keyboard that will be uncomfortable to type on?"

Talk about a monster of a laptop! But having that much screen real-estate for digital video and photo editing would be killer. Bring it on! Hell, bring on any Samsung laptop into North America - so far they're only selling their laptops in Europe and Asia, and it looks like they have some awesome laptops.
