No details are provided, however the invitation reads <i>"1000 songs in your pocket changed everything. Here we go again,"</i>, which would seem to indicate something major is in the works. Most likely this is either the much anticipated Video iPod we've been hearing rumors about, or perhaps it's simply a launch pad event for the long overdue iTunes phone. <br /><br />The wording alone seems to indicate something audio related, which could mean the phone. But Steve Jobs loves to wow the crowd with something totally unexpected, so I guess we'll just have to wait and see what this special event is all about. <br /><br />My bet...Apple is going to announce a new two-button iPod model named "Mighty Pod". :wink:

CNBC just reported it is the iTunes phone made by Motorola.

I think that his statement is a little ambiguous. His follow up could be ... Now you can have all your videos in your pocket too.
