Microsoft is working with electronics makers including Royal Philips Electronics NV, Samsung Electronics Co. and Creative Technology Ltd. to design and test music players that rival iPod, said Erik Huggers, the head of Microsoft's Digital Media Division."</i><br /><br />Of course saying it and doing it are two different things. I hope Microsoft and company also remember to ADVERTISE the well-designed product that they come up with so the masses will know about them!

Creative got off to a good start when they first came out with the Micro. But then I guess they just thought their MP3 player would be in everyone's hand because I don't recall any follow-up afterwards. Don't they realize how ubiquitous those iPod ads are?
