Looking for a USB TV Tuner

I've just bought a Dell 9300 Media Center Edition laptop and I'm looking for a MCE compatible USB TV Tuner. I saw that the Hauppauge WinTV-PVR-USB2 MPEG TV Encoder is MCE compatible. Are there any others? If so, which ones? Where is the cheapest place to buy? Which one is better? I tend to record TV and then play it on my TV or put it on my Portable Media Center. Which one would be the best for my use?

I've read good things about the Hauppage, but I don't know of any others that are MCE certified, and you certainly need to be picky in obtaining a card with MCE certified drivers.
