Best Portable DVD player ?

Can anyone recommend a good portable DVD player. I need one with a good screen for viewing outdoors if this is possibe - a built in TV tuner would be a nice to have feature.

I've never owned one - I always use my laptops to watch DVDs. Hopefully someone else can chime in with some input - there are certainly a lot out there, but most of the cheap ones I've seen have really horrible screens. You want something with a native LCD resolution of 720 x 480 so it doesn't have to re-sample the DVD resolution.
