It's because of Canadian law - it's considered a lottery if there's no skill testing question. :roll:

Hm... I modified the url so I could enter (the page said I was already subscribed before I filled in the form) and hit submit, then got your url. Anyways, it'll be easier for other people to enter the contest now. 8)
