Are mp3 players memory formated in FAT or FAT32??

Are mp3 players memory formated in FAT or FAT32??Well if it is over 2GB you know its FAT32. Other than that, its a crap shoot. My old Creative Muvo is FAT and I assume most under 2 GB are FAT also.

Well Ihave a RCA 2012 and its kinda small. Its only 256 MB.
