This morning, Bill Gates bounced on stage, in Zune jacket and all, and introduced Zune to a crowd of enthusiastic Seattleites. Bill was preceded on stage by Secret Machines, who played a short set. We had breakfast with the Zune team, along with some lucky contest winners, and with Ben, Brandon, and Josh from Secret Machines."<br /><br /></em><img alt="" src="http://images.thoughtsmedia.com/zt/2006/wey-20061115-zuneseattle.jpg" /><br /><br />It looked pretty cold in Seattle yesterday, but that wasn't going to stop the people gathering to see what Bill Gates and the Zune team had up their sleeves. Harvey from <a target="_blank" href="http://www.zunerama.com/#061113_zune2_story">Zunerama</a> snapped a few shots of the action. Head over there for a look.<em></em>

Spoken like a true Australian. 40s and 50s is pretty typical of most of the northern US this time of year. Trust me, that's not cold. ;)

50 when you're over 50 is like 30 Darius isn't over 50. And not to New Yorkers, it ain't. I know plenty of 50-year-olds who have found the weather here as of late surprisingly warm. ;)

What's "warm" there? ;) Today's high is 20C. That's unseasonably warm. Most people have been talking about it, and a number of people have been complaining that this isn't November weather and how they're hot in their coats, etc. (November does return tomorrow and this weekend, with highs around 12-13C. Monday's highs will be around 9C.)
