The new Vaio will be designed to complement Sony's HD video cameras and HD televisions, new models of which will be on tap for 2005, says Mike Fidler, senior vice president of the home products division for Sony Electronics. He spoke during a press conference at the International Consumer Electronics Show here."</i><br /><br />How about that? Serial ATA, 1.6 TBs of disk space, and MCE. Of course being a Sony, this won't come cheap at over $2,000 sans monitor. Sony seems to be pushing HD on their TVs and PCs in hopes of differentiating them from other manufacturers. We'll see if that works.
